The operations of the Church are overseen by the Senior Minister and a team of elders that oversee the general direction, leadership, doctrine, and major decisions of the Church. Elders provide leadership through valuable support to the Senior Minister in all that God is wanting Calvary Pentecostal Church to be, including equipping members for missions and ministry through the fivefold ministry pattern of Ephesians 4:11
